Ethan is a very slow eater. He gets to talking and forgets to eat. At lunch the other day, his friend was already finished, so Ethan wanted to be done too. He had only eaten about half of his food, so I said, "If you finish the food on your plate, you can have a piece of candy."
He kindly responded, "Well, I'm too full for candy, but thanks for offering."
